• Shared Room: $5200.00
• Private Room: $6200.00

Move-in Fee

We have a one-time move-in fee of $1500.00.

Care Services

We don’t go by level of care, so any care needs the resident has are covered under the room price with no additional charges.

Staff Training

Our staff go through state-required training as well as medication administration training by our management team.

Safety Plans

We have safety plans and strategies to ensure residents are safe. If you would like to ask more specific questions via phone call, I can better assist you with that.

Collaboration with Agencies

We work with Tri-County on the aging and several other companies that can assist in the process when moving someone in. Our management team is knowledgeable in the process as well.

Transportation

We do not provide transportation at our facilities, but we have companies that frequently take residents to appointments and other places.

Meals

Our caregivers prepare most of our meals, often prepping during the night shift. The meals are mostly homemade, low sodium, and low sugar.

Resident Complaints

When a resident has a complaint, they can go to the manager at each building. The manager will try to handle things and communicate with the family. If further assistance is needed, residents can come to me, and I will help.

Family Communication

We keep families as updated as they would like to be.

Short Term and Respite Stays

We offer short term and respite stays if there is room availability, generally at a daily rate between $150-$175 depending on their needs. A move-in fee is required.

Pets

We have a dog at our Mason facility, but otherwise, we do not allow pets.

Medical Services

Our pharmacy offers COVID-19 and flu shots, administered at our building. They are not required.

Final Resting Place

Our community can serve as a final resting place. We work with several hospice companies that come to our buildings and work side by side with staff. Our staff are trained in hospice care to meet all care needs, even for high levels of care and declining health.

Current Availability

We currently have a female shared spot that just opened up today at Mason. At Haslett, we have multiple rooms open. We have a waitlist, so I’ll need to check with them first.
