Listed below you will find pricing for the apartments in both Assisted Living & Secured Memory Care.

We are a monthly rental community, there is NO BUY IN. I’d like to discuss some of the benefits of living here and the peace of mind it can give to the family. Please feel free to call our community at 386-225-4070.

Overview of Staff and Training

We have a diverse team of professionals including Resident Assistants (RA's), Medical Technicians (Med Techs), Directors, and a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Our staff undergoes comprehensive training through Relias digital training programs, on-the-job experience, and extensive in-house training. Many team members have accumulated years of robust training and experience, ensuring high-quality care for our residents.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents is a top priority. We have staff available 24/7 and employ call pendant systems for immediate assistance. While our assisted living residents are mostly independent, we can perform room checks every 2 hours if necessary. However, it’s important to note that we do not provide skilled nursing or one-on-one care.

Resources and Support Services for Transition

We provide various resources and support services to aid residents in their transition into the community. Our staff, families, and residents collaborate to encourage involvement in community events and activities, making the transition smoother and more welcoming.

Transportation Services

Yes, we offer transportation services for residents on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience includes open dining with two special dishes for lunch and dinner, along with a daily menu. One frequent “complaint” is that residents tend to gain weight because they love the food, especially the ice cream!

Handling Complaints and Issues

Every Assisted Living Facility (ALF) has an assigned Ombudsman who independently monitors the community and residents' rights. We also have a Residents' Council that meets monthly to address any issues, concerns, or problems. Additionally, residents have the option to voice concerns to any staff members or directors directly.

Communication with Resident’s Families

We maintain open communication with residents' families through calls, meetings, and emails. We have an open-door policy with all directors for transparent communication. Families are promptly informed of any changes or concerns regarding their loved ones.

Short-Term or Respite Stays

Yes, we offer short-term or respite stays with a 30-day minimum requirement at a rate of $250 per day.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community and even have a dog park for residents' pets.

Waitlist

Currently, we have a waitlist for our 2-bedroom apartments.

COVID and Flu Vaccinations

Yes, residents can receive COVID and flu vaccinations within the community through our annual clinics.

Aging in Place
