Do you guys currently have a waitlist?

We do not currently have a waitlist.

Could you share pricing and any other general information?

We do have private pay for $7700 a month. Is there insurance for your loved one?

Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?

We have CNAs, LVNs, RNs, Therapists. Each group has their own training they must do to renew their license yearly. We also offer education training within our facility monthly.

Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?

Residents are checked/monitored at least every 2 hours. All of our doors lock automatically and there is no way in or out without a code or someone to let you in or out.

Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?

We have a senior psych team, we work with outside resources such as home health, medical DME companies, and the state for residents to be able to transition safely back into the community.

Do you offer transportation services for residents?

The main transportation offered is to and from doctor appointments.

Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?

Our dietary manager is a phenomenal cook. Each resident is encouraged to eat in the dining room. This is encouraged for many reasons such as: Exercise to and from the dining room, interaction with others, and being able to be monitored more closely for any choking issues. We have a board which tells you the menu for the day as well as an alternative.

What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?

The chain of command starts with the nurse on duty, then the ADON or DON, SW, Admin. However, with that being said, if there was a complaint, anyone in the building could be told and it would be addressed. We also have the state number posted in a central area for residents as well as family and visitors to have access to.

What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?

You can have, I believe, up to three contacts within the medical chart. However, communication is first addressed with the #1 contact in the chart. If communication was established with that designated person then it is their duty to relay to other family members. However, if the main contact is not reached then the second contact is reached out to and the same system is in place.

Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?

We do offer both. It all depends on the type of insurance coverage.

Are you all a pet-friendly community?

We don't have pets that live within the facility. However, pets are welcome to visit with proof of vaccinations.

Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?

We offer those here at the facility.

Are residents able to age in place?

Can you explain what you mean by "age in place"? We do not currently have a waitlist.
