Roselaine Health and Rehabilitation Center is a skilled nursing facility that offers a range of services to meet the diverse needs of its residents. Our community is dedicated to providing high-quality care and a comfortable living environment for all residents.

Types of Living Offered

• Long-Term Care: For residents who require ongoing medical care and assistance with daily activities.
• Short-Term Rehab: Designed for residents recovering from surgery, injury, or illness, requiring temporary rehabilitation services.

Respite Services

We offer respite services to provide temporary relief for caregivers, allowing them to take a break while ensuring their loved ones receive professional care.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome at our facility, provided they are vaccinated and accompanied by a copy of their vaccination records. While we do not have breed restrictions, aggressive dogs are not permitted for the safety of our community.

Transportation Services

Our community provides transportation for residents to attend medical appointments. However, we currently do not offer transportation for other community outings.

Dining Services

Residents can enjoy meals in a communal dining room or in the privacy of their own rooms. Our dining services are restaurant-style, offering a variety of choices to cater to individual preferences and dietary needs.

Communication with Families

We maintain open lines of communication with residents' families through phone calls, emails, and text messages, ensuring they are kept informed about their loved ones' well-being.

Accessibility, Safety, and Security

Our facility is equipped with security measures such as coded doors and wander guards to protect residents, particularly those with cognitive impairments. A receptionist monitors the main entrance, and residents do not have access to exit codes. Additionally, residents have call buttons to request assistance as needed.

Healthcare and Staffing

Our dedicated staff includes registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, social workers, a nurse practitioner, and facility doctors. The nurse practitioner is available throughout the day, and our facility doctors are easily accessible, with a hospital located just across the street.

Resident Check-Ins

Nurses are required to check on residents every two hours as per state regulations, but often do so more frequently depending on the residents' needs.

Addressing Resident Complaints

Residents can voice complaints directly to our staff, and our social service team will assist in addressing and investigating any issues promptly.

Moving Assistance

While we do not provide moving services, our staff will accompany residents to their medical appointments to ensure they receive the necessary support.

Availability and Waitlist

We currently have a waitlist for residency, but availability may vary depending on the level of care required. We encourage interested parties to inquire about current room availability.
