Overview of Professionals and Training

Our staff includes Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Medical Technicians (Med Techs), and Caregivers. All staff members undergo monthly training to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest in care practices and protocols.

Safety and Well-being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, regular rounds are conducted every couple of hours by our dedicated team.

Resources and Support Services for Community Transition

We offer resources and support services to aid residents in their transition into the community. Our amazing team of staff and fellow residents provide support, alongside mental health and talk therapy services.

Transportation Services

We provide transportation for doctor appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Additionally, our Activity Crew organizes other outings for residents.

Dining Experience

Residents enjoy three meals daily in our dining room, all served in a restaurant-style dining experience. We also offer snacks throughout the day.

Complaint and Issue Resolution Process

If a resident has a complaint or an issue, they are encouraged to talk to the staff. Our front office maintains a very open-door policy to address and resolve concerns promptly.

Communication with Residents' Families

Our nursing staff excels in communicating with residents' families. They personalize the communication process to cater to the needs of each resident and their family, ensuring everyone is well-informed about their loved ones' well-being.

Short-Term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term or respite stays at a rate of $175 daily for Assisted Living and $200 daily for Memory Care.

Pet-Friendly Community

Our community is pet-friendly, allowing residents to have their beloved pets with them.

Vaccinations

Residents have access to COVID-19 and flu vaccinations within the community, coordinated by our pharmacy and the Director of Nursing.

Aging in Place

We strive to enable residents to age in place. We work closely with Vitas Hospice to ensure this and have a waitlist for some rooms, though not all.
