Overview of Professional Staff and Training

Our facility is staffed by nearly 500 dedicated professionals. All security personnel are trained in first response, and employees in areas providing higher levels of care possess advanced medical training to ensure the utmost care for our residents.

Safety and Well-being Measures

As a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), we start with independent living and scale up care as needed. Each room and bathroom is outfitted with emergency buttons, and we offer additional safety features such as motion sensors and GPS pendants. Higher levels of care involve more advanced safety procedures.

Transition Support Services

We provide extensive resources to help residents transition into our community. Each new resident is paired with a sales counselor and a resident ambassador. Additionally, a social worker is available to all residents for support.

Transportation Services

Our transportation services include complimentary transport within our campus, shopping and religious service buses, and medical transportation. For an additional fee, residents can also access airport and concierge services.

Dining Experience

We boast four dining venues, each offering a unique dining experience ranging from traditional sit-down meals and served buffets to grab-and-go options and fine dining.

Resident Complaint and Issue Resolution

Residents have multiple channels to voice their concerns and influence operations. We have a resident council, resident representation on the board of directors, various resident committees, and an open-door policy for addressing issues.

Cost of Living

The cost of living in our community varies significantly based on the size and location of the unit selected by the resident.

Communication with Residents' Families

Communication preferences with residents' families are established upon move-in, with residents deciding who we should contact regarding their well-being.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We do not offer short-term or respite stays at our facility.

Pet-Friendly Community

We are a pet-friendly community. While we do have a waitlist, accommodations can often be made as many individuals are waiting for specific units or timing. We strive to find suitable options for all prospective residents.
