Our private pay cost is $300 a day, which roughly amounts to $9,300 a month, depending on the number of days in the month.

We don’t keep a waitlist for long-term care, as we have not had a LTC bed open in over a year.

The center employs a range of healthcare and support staff including RNs, LPNs, nursing assistants, a full therapy staff (occupational, physical, and speech therapists), a registered dietitian, housekeepers, laundry aides, cooks, an administrator, business office manager, activities department, and social workers.

Vaccinations

Rockdale Health Care Center provides vaccinations for flu and pneumonia to its residents.

Safety Features

The facility is considered a locked facility, with all exit doors requiring a code to open, ensuring resident safety.

Grievance Procedure

Residents can file grievances with any staff member. These are then processed by the social work department and followed up by the relevant department. An ombudsman is also available for additional support.

The facility maintains communication with resident families through updates on new orders or changes in condition, bi-weekly care plan meetings with the interdisciplinary team (IDT), and open lines for families to call and speak with nurses or therapists for updates.
