Types of Professionals and Training

We are staffed 24/7 with LPN's, CNA's, and caregivers who undergo 1:1 training sessions during orientation, as well as sessions with our therapy department on proper transfer techniques.

Safety and Well-being Measures

There are pull stations to call for help located in the resident's apartment near their bed and in their restroom. Residents also have a pendant they can push to alert care staff if they need assistance. We operate three different shifts, with staff performing door-to-door checks at shift changes to ensure each resident is safe and accounted for at least three times a day.

Resources and Support Services

We have a group of residents that help in welcoming newcomers to the community. We offer home health services for primary care needs and enrollment in Behavioral Health for support with the challenges of leaving home.

Transportation Services

We provide medical transportation to and from doctor's appointments on Mondays and Tuesdays. Transportation is also available to the grocery store on Wednesdays and for lunch outings on Fridays.

Dining Experience

We offer a restaurant-style dining experience, with kitchen staff taking orders at each table for every meal. We have daily specials for lunch and dinner, along with an alternative list of about 20 items always available. Breakfast is made to order, ending at 9 AM.

Our management team is very accessible for addressing any complaints or issues residents may have.

Cost of Living

The studio rate in Assisted Living, excluding care costs, is $4,410. This price includes three meals a day, laundry and housekeeping services once a week, cable, water, and WiFi.

Communication with Families

Our management team provides personal cell information to family members to ensure we are accessible and can keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being.

Pet Policy

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. Pets under 30 lbs are permitted as long as the resident can still care for the animal.

Waitlist Status

Currently, we have one studio apartment available. You can be added to the waitlist for a one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartment, where you would be first on the list.

Vaccination Availability

Yes, residents can receive COVID-19 and flu vaccinations in the community. We just had our flu clinic this week.

Aging in Place

Residents are able to age in place if they can stand, pivot, and transfer upon admission. We also have memory care, and we allow hospice and private caregivers to come in.
