At Rock Ridge, we recognize that each person has individual needs and preferences. With this in mind, we offer each resident a flexible service combination we call Tailored Services. The combination of the Base Monthly Service and the Tailored Services designed for you result in your monthly Tailored Pricing.

This unique plan provides you with the most individual personal service in the most cost-effective manner.

The Base Service Includes:

• Private apartment purposefully designed to promote independence
• Engaging life enrichment activities and experiences
• Weekly housekeeping, linen services and apartment maintenance
• Three restaurant-style meals prepared by an on-site chef and snacks/beverages throughout the day
• All utilities - except phone, cable, internet
• 24-hour access to staff
• Scheduled transportation

In the Reflections Memory Care neighborhood, we recognize that comfort and dignity are essential to wellness and happiness, and that each resident has individual needs and preferences for care. A personal plan of care, which is developed for each resident based on their Personal Assessment, may include a variety of specialized services including those in our exclusive Advanced Care* program. Your unique plan provides your family with the most individual personal service for your loved one in the most cost-effective manner.

The Comprehensive Care Program Includes:

• 24-hour, specially trained memory care staff

Legend's exclusive Advanced Care options offer concentrated and prolonged personal services in addition to the award-winning Reflections Memory Care therapy, programming, and compassionate, professional attention provided daily. The following are available for an additional monthly fee.

• Incontinence assistance with bladder $300
• Incontinence assistance with bowel $300
• Eating assistance $400
• Two-person transferring assistance $400
• Assistance with breathing treatments $200
• Diabetic injection administration and/or TED hose management $200
• Nurse oversight of hospice/home health/physical therapy/occupational therapy $200
