Quality Care and Rehabilitation Services

Our professionally trained employees provide the highest level of quality care and rehabilitation services. Our short-term rehabilitation (5-20 days) helps residents with individualized care plans and goal-driven treatment to allow them to return to their active lives at home in the community. Our long-term restorative skilled nursing (21 or more days) provides residents a longer course of rehabilitation services prior to returning to the community or maintenance of their current level of care on an ongoing basis. We offer cognitive care in a secure, engaging, and caring environment for residents with Alzheimer’s and other dementia types. We offer a Medical Specialty Care Unit for residents with complex clinical needs requiring a specialized team of doctors, nurses, and respiratory therapists. We specialize in delivering care to Ventilator/Tracheostomy, and medically complex residents. We offer wound care services and are contracted with multiple hospice companies in our area to provide hospice care.

Dietary Services

We pride ourselves on the consistent quality of our Dietary Services program. Our professionally trained staff prepares visually appealing, delectable meals that are prepared based on the specific clinical needs of the residents.

Professional Nursing and Therapy Staff

Our nursing staff consists of highly trained and skilled Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Medical Assistants, and Certified Nursing Assistants. Our therapy departments staff rehabilitation professionals in the Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Respiratory Therapy fields.

Social Services and Additional Amenities

Our Social Services department assists residents and their families with issues they want addressed, communication pertaining to the resident’s care, discharge planning, care plan meeting, complaints, and other support services. We offer a wheelchair van service to transport residents to and from doctor appointments in the community. We allow dogs to visit our facility with a copy of their current vaccinations. All dogs must remain on a leash or in a kennel while visiting.
