RATE INFORMATION

ASSISTED LIVING

At Rivermont, we recognize that each person has individual needs and preferences. With this in mind, we offer each resident a flexible service combination we call Tailored Services. The combination of the Base Monthly Service and the Tailored Services designed for you result in your monthly Tailored Pricing.

This unique plan provides you with the most individual personal service in the most cost-effective manner.

The Base Service Includes:

• Private apartment
• Life enrichment activities
• Weekly housekeeping and linen services
• Three restaurant-style dining meals every day plus anytime dining menu
• All utilities - except phone
• 24-hour access to staff
• Scheduled transportation
• Specialized diets

Tailored Services Include:

• Medication assistance
• Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care
• Mobility assistance
• Personal laundry service
• Companion services
• Specialized tailored services for each resident are determined during the assessment process.

Monthly Base Rates:

APARTMENT STYLE

• Suite $4,695
• Deluxe Suite $5,825

Levels of Care:

• Level I Included
• Level II $440
• Level III $795
• Level IV $1,145
• Level V $1,520

Other Rates:

• A second person can enjoy all of the benefits of residency for only $1,000 per month

One-Time Fees:

• Community Fee $2,500
• Pet Fee $500

Medication Assistance:

• Unit dose $375

All rates are monthly. Respite/short-term care may be available.

• Residence Director - She has around 30 years of experience.
• Health Care Director - Over 35 years experience. (registered nurse)
• Health Care Director Assistant - Over 30 years experience. (Licensed Nurse)
• CNA’s - Certified Nursing Assistant, ACMA - Advanced Certified Medication Aide
• Chef, Sous Chef, Cooks, Hospitality Staff-Servers
• Housekeeping and Laundry Staff
• Life Enrichment Coordinator and Assistant - This is for all the activities in the community.
• Customer Service Associate
• Maintenance Director
• Sales and Marketing Director

Our Commitment

We follow all state and federal guidelines for our residents. Our focus is on the safety and well-being of our residents. Our staff will do rounds at least every 2 hours. We lock our front doors after 8 pm.

Companion Services

There are companion services that you can bring on board if that is something the family decides on. We do a 100 hours 100 days program. This helps the resident get to know us and for us to get to know the resident. We treat all of our residents like they are family moving in. We ultimately want them to feel comfortable and safe.

Transportation

We do outings to restaurants, shopping, and scenic drives. We ask family to take the resident to any outside doctor appointments, just so you are involved in the continuum of care.

Dining

Our dining experience is restaurant-style dining. We want our residents to get the choice of what they eat. We will have a main and alternate menu but also have an always available menu so they get different choices.

Complaints

We ask all residents and family members to let us know immediately if there is an issue. We can't fix something we don’t know about. We care when things do not go the way they are supposed to.

Cost

I will attach a price sheet to this email.

Communication

We ask for names and numbers of family members or if there is a power of attorney of the resident. We will call the top person on the list or POA to let you know of any issues that may come up. We want to stay in constant communication. Once a resident moves in we give the family the residence director and health care director's cell phone numbers, just so you can always reach someone if there are questions or concerns.

Residency Terms

We unfortunately at this time do not offer short-term stays. The reasoning is we normally are always 98-100% occupied. Our residency agreement renews after every 60 days. If a resident moved in and decides they want to move out, we ask for a 60-day notice.

Pet-Friendly Community

We are a pet-friendly community. Our assistant health care director actually trains dogs. She will bring her dogs up here on occasions. We currently only have 2 residents with animals. One has a cat and the other a small dog.

Availability

I have one apartment available at this time.

Health Clinics

We do Covid and Flu clinics once a year, normally around flu season.

Resident Aging

We do have residents age in place here, as long as we can meet their needs.
