Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?

We currently employ BSNs, RNs, LPNs, MNAs, LNAs, and PCAs as out direct care nursing team. We have PT/OT/SLP on staff as well. In addition to the required continuing education for the State of NH credentialing for respective positions, we offer extensive safety, clinical and behavioral training competencies that are maintained yearly.

Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?

Our Memory Care unit is secure via keypad and all exit locations are under video surveillance 24/7. We have an onsite security team. We conduct all mandatory fire drills, in addition to trainings in other safety concerns like active shooter, Loss of power, snow emergencies, etc.

Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?

We have extensive resources to aid in transition, from a resident welcome committee to a community counselor, as well as resident services and the support form the Sales team before, during and after the transition.

Do you offer transportation services for residents?

We offer local transportation and can arrange for resident transportation to appointments further away from the community.

Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?

Assisted Living offers 3 chef prepared meals per day as well as themed meals and special community gatherings periodically. A resident of assisted living may eat at any of the dining venues offered on the campus, whether it is in Independent Living or Assisted Living.

What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?

Multiple channels are available to raise concerns.

What is your policy on communication with resident's families?

Families are welcome to call for updates at any time. Care plan meetings are regularly scheduled. Any change in condition is reported to designated family members.

How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?

In-person, phone, email, zoom… whatever preferred method arranged is.

Do you all offer short-term or respite stays?

Not currently.
