Our Health Care Director, Andraya Carrier, is a Registered Nurse. All of our Med Techs and Resident Assistants have monthly training using our program called Relias.Measures to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents
Each resident receives a pendant, which they can use to get our Resident Assistant (RA) to assist them at any time. We have 2 emergency response cords in the bedroom and bathroom of each apartment.Resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community
We have a 100 day/100 hour program that helps acclimate our residents into the community. We also refer to ABC Senior Solutions; they can coordinate the move into the community.Transportation services for residents
Yes, our residents can be taken to an appointment on Tuesdays within a 10-mile radius of the community. On Wednesday, some of our residents take a trip to Walmart.Dining experience
Our Gold Leaf dining provides 3 meals a day. Breakfast is standard each day. Lunch and dinner will have 2 choices. Residents can always choose from our Café select menu, e.g., hamburger, chicken strip, grilled cheese.Process for addressing resident complaints or issues

You must stay 30 days and give a 30 days’ notice the day the resident moves in. It’s the room rate plus a 20% upcharge.Pet-friendly community
Yes, we have a $1,000 (non-refundable deposit). Residents must be able to take care of their pet without any assistance.Waitlist status
