Our Beginning Base Rates

The starting price for our apartments is $2995. However, the cost may vary depending on size, location, and view.

Overview of Staff Professionals and Training

Our team consists of an Executive Director, Resident Experience Director, Business Office Director, and several other dedicated professionals. Each member undergoes extensive training at our facility to ensure they provide the highest quality of care and service to our residents.

Measures to Ensure Resident Safety and Well-Being

Our community ensures safety and well-being through various measures. Our doors lock at 7 PM and unlock at 7 AM. We have a 24/7 concierge service, allowing residents to come and go as they please using keys and key fobs for secure access.

Support Services for Resident Transition

To aid residents' transition into the community, we have Ambassadors who will introduce them to the community and help them acclimate to their new environment.

Process for Addressing Resident Complaints

If a resident has a complaint or an issue they wish to address, they are welcome to bring it to our Executive Director, August Richardson.

Cost of Living

Prices start at $2995 per month, depending on apartment size and location. Our 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartments are $4995 per month. Rent includes all utilities, basic cable, internet, 550 points to be used at our restaurant, pub, or salon, and weekly housekeeping.

Communication with Residents' Families

We are not an assisted living community. Families can visit and check on their loved ones as they please.

Short-Term or Respite Stays

We do not offer respite stays, but we can accommodate month-to-month rentals.

Pet Policy

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community and have a one-time pet fee of $1000.

Waitlist Status

We do not have a waitlist at this time and currently have availability.

Vaccinations

Residents can receive COVID-19 and flu vaccinations through regular visits from our RN.

Aging in Place

We are an Independent Living community. Residents can hire in-home care services as needed, and we also have on-site physical and occupational trainers to support their needs.

Overview

Revel is different than most Independent Living communities in that all our amenities are designed for people to have complete flexibility and use them when and how they want, providing for as much independence of choice as possible.

Dining Options

An example of this is our two Restaurants, Ovation, and the Social Club (the Pub). Instead of having a set dining room and set mealtimes like most, our restaurants are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and people can enjoy a meal there any time they want. Because we operate as restaurants, the food is prepared as you order it so you can modify and have flexibility with menu items as well. In addition, we do accommodate all dietary requirements including gluten free.

Apartment Features

All of our beautiful apartments feature full kitchens, stainless steel appliances, and many have private balconies/patios.

Amenities

Our modern and beautiful clubhouse (common areas) include a restaurant called Ovation, and The Social Club which is our pub. Our upscale "clubhouse" also features a state-of-the art fitness studio, salon, spa, movie theater, and numerous gathering areas throughout.

Cost

Our beginning base rates for the apartments start at $2995 but cost will vary depending on size, location, and view, with the monthly rent including the following:

• Basic Xfinity Cable
• 24-hour concierge service
• Gym and Theater access
• Transportation
• Lifestyle programs (Lots of activities)
• Weekly housekeeping
• 550 points per month to be used at either restaurant (like giving you back $550 to spend at our Pub and/or Restaurant) or at our Salon or Spa.

Note: We do a point system because we do not want our residents worrying about exchanging cash or tipping.
