We offer studio, one and two-bedroom apartment floor plans with full gourmet kitchens, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, customized closets and beautiful finishes. However, what sets us apart are pleasing social spaces for you to enjoy with family and friends.

We offer the flexibility of month-to-month rent; no buy-in is required.

You receive one statement monthly. Our monthly rates include:

• Delicious chef-prepared meals in restaurant style seating.
• All utilities, including air conditioning, trash removal, water, basic cable, WIFI and internet. Phone not included.
• Housekeeping service in your apartment once a week.
