Monthly rate includes 24-hour concierge coordination services, all utilities, satellite television, WI-FI, all interior and exterior maintenance, weekly housekeeping, scheduled transportation, waste removal, pest control, Executive Chef directed restaurant meals, on-site social events and entertainment, 24-hour security and on-site state-of-the-art fitness center.

Flexibility and Independence at Revel

Revel is different than most Independent Living communities in that all our amenities are designed for people to have complete flexibility and use them when and how they want, providing for as much independence of choice as possible. An example of this is our two Restaurants, Ovation and the Social Club (the Pub). Instead of having a set dining room and set meal times like most, our restaurants are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and people can enjoy a meal there any time they want. Because we operate as restaurants, the food is prepared as you order it so you can modify and have flexibility with menu items as well.

Luxurious Living Spaces

All of our beautiful apartments feature full kitchens, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and many have private balconies/patios. As I mentioned, our modern and beautiful clubhouse (common areas) include a restaurant called Ovation, and The Social Club which is our pub. Our upscale "clubhouse" also features a state-of-the art fitness studio, salon, spa, movie theater, and numerous gathering areas throughout.

Our resident philosophy is rooted in exceptional concierge services and extraordinary active, engaging and life enriching activities and events. I have included the beginning base rates for the apartments, but cost will vary depending on size, location and view, with the monthly rent including the following:
