At The Reserve at Auburn, our team consists of 7 dedicated professionals divided into Maintenance and Leasing departments. Our leadership and support system from Indigo Real Estate ensures our staff receives monthly training, updates, and resources, enabling us to perform our tasks with confidence and excellence.

Safety and Well-being Measures

In alignment with Fair Housing and Indigo Real Estate policies, we prioritize the safety of our residents by maintaining a secure system and conducting regular fire and safety drills with both staff and residents.

Support Services for Residents

Thanks to our strong communication with the Senior Community Center, we provide our residents with access to external resources for food, housing, cash, and medical care services. We also organize community social gatherings to help residents meet and make new friends.

Transportation Services

While we do not offer direct transportation services, our location is conveniently situated within a block of public transportation pick-up and drop-off zones. Additionally, Metro Access provides pick-up and drop-off services right in front of our main entrance.

Dining Experience

As an independently senior living community without a dining service, we offer a TV lounge and kitchen area where we host community potlucks, bingo, and other social activities.

Our open door policy ensures that residents can address their concerns with any available staff member at any time.

Cost of Living

As an Affordable Housing Tax Credit community, we adhere to the 60% annual median income guideline, offering affordable rental rates. For instance, a 1-person household must not exceed an annual gross income of $57,540 and must earn at least 2 times the rent to qualify.

Communication with Residents' Families

As an independent Senior Living community, we contact a resident's legal guardian or emergency contact only in emergency situations or to update necessary paperwork, provided we have consent from the resident.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer lease terms of 12 and 6 months.
