Overview of Our Professional Staff and Training

Our facility is staffed with a diverse range of professionals, each specializing in different areas to ensure comprehensive care for our residents. Our team includes:

• Certified Registered Nurses (RNs) and LVNs: They handle all clinical needs.
• Certified Nurses Aids (CNA): Assist residents/patients with bathing, dressing, feeding, etc.
• Certified Medication Aids (CMA): Routinely pass scheduled medications.
• Social Worker (SW): Assist with needed documentations, discharging patient home/facility, setting them up on home health if needed, and ensuring all medical equipment needed has been ordered for a safe transition back home into the community.
• House Keeping: Perform daily room cleans and monthly deep cleans, along with cleaning other areas of the facility and disinfecting daily.
• On-site Maintenance.
• Therapists: Physical (PT), Occupational (OT), and Speech Therapist (ST).

Safety and Well-being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we have implemented several measures, including:

• Continuous supervision in shower rooms to ensure residents are never alone.
• Staff frequently walk the halls multiple times a day checking on residents.
• Activity Directors engage residents in various activities throughout the day, ensuring constant supervision.

Support Services for Community Transition

Our Social Worker plays a crucial role in aiding residents' transition into the community, assisting with documentation, discharge planning, and setting up home health services as needed.

Transportation Services

Transportation services are provided based on the resident's status and needs, with family assistance requested for Long Term Residents able to ride in private vehicles.

Dining Experience

Our facility is known for its exceptional dining experience, thanks to our great cook and the positive feedback from patients and staff alike.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Complaints and issues are promptly addressed by our Social Worker, Administrator, or Director of Nursing to ensure swift resolution and satisfaction.

Communication with Residents' Families

We maintain open lines of communication with residents' families, providing updates on care and any changes in condition through our nursing team.

Short-term and Respite Stays

Our facility offers short-term and respite stays, with specific costs outlined for respite care and a clear policy for hospice respite stays.

Pet-Friendly Community

Dogs are welcome with proof of rabies vaccine, and other animals may be allowed upon discussion with Administration.

Vaccination Services

Residents can receive Covid and flu vaccinations within our facility to ensure their health and safety.

Age in Place

While we strive to accommodate long-term care needs, availability is limited, and we currently have a few beds available for long-term care placement.
