This is really dependent on what style apartment you are interested in. We offer 6 variations of studio style and 1 bedroom apartments to include separated living room and kitchens. The price can range from $5350.00 - $7250.00 - this is to include all of AL and MC.

Overview of Our Staff and Training
We boast a diverse team including a community MD, 2 PA's, an RN, 2 LPNs, and numerous CNAs/DCA's/Med Techs, ensuring round-the-clock availability.
Safety and Well-being Measures
For Assisted Living (AL), our community is open, with residents free to come and go. Doors lock at 8:00pm, complemented by a camera system and 24/7 property surveillance. For Memory Care (MC), we offer a secure neighborhood with a higher staff/resident ratio, maintaining all other AL safety measures.
Transition Support Services
An orientation period aids new residents, with additional support from community providers like Home Health, Home Care, and Hospice if needed.
Transportation Services
Our transport van, equipped with a wheelchair lift, is available for medical appointments and outings.
Dining Experience
We offer restaurant-style dining with a focus on homemade, scratch-made meals, providing a variety of choices including healthy and specialized dietary accommodations.
Resident Complaints and Issues
A grievance policy ensures complaints are addressed promptly, with a response guaranteed within 48-72 hours.
Communication with Residents' Families
Communication is maintained through phone calls, in-person assessments, and regular care plan meetings to keep families informed.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We offer respite stays at a flat rate of $250.00 per day, ranging from 15-45 days.
