Our facility is staffed with a diverse team of professionals, each specializing in different areas to cater to the varied needs of our residents. The training our staff undergoes is comprehensive, ensuring they are well-equipped to provide the highest standard of care and support.

Safety and Well-Being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, each bedroom and bathroom is equipped with a pull cord. Additionally, residents in Assisted Living receive a pendant for extra security and peace of mind.

Transition Support Services

We offer resources and support services to aid residents in their transition into the community, ensuring a smooth and comfortable adjustment period.

Transportation Services

Our community provides transportation services for shopping trips, events, and doctor appointments for residents with ProHealth MDs, facilitating ease of access to essential services and activities.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience includes lunch pickup or delivery options and a sit-down dinner in the dining room at 4:30 pm. We also offer meal plans, with lunch available for $255.00 per month and dinner for $330 per month.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

If a resident has a complaint or issue, they can contact the Campus Administrator directly to have it addressed promptly and efficiently.

Cost of Living

The cost of living in our community is detailed in the amenities and rate sheet, which provides information on the cost of apartments in Independent Living.

Communication with Residents' Families

Our policy ensures open communication with residents' families. The campus administrator reaches out to families if there are any changes observed in residents that are relayed from staff or other residents.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term or respite stays, with Assisted stays at $180.00 per day and Attended stays at $250.00 per day.

Pet-Friendly Community

Our community is pet-friendly, welcoming dogs up to 40lbs and cats, ensuring residents do not have to part with their beloved pets.

Vaccination Services

Residents are able to receive Covid and flu vaccinations within the community, promoting a healthy living environment.

Aging in Place

Our community supports aging in place, offering services up to an Attended care level, which bridges the gap between Assisted services and Skilled care. We currently do not have a waitlist for assisted living.
