We do not currently have a waitlist for our Assisted Living programs

We offer 3 levels of care for our Assisted Living, and I have attached a program breakdown explaining these levels:

  • Catered independent $3115/month
  • Assisted Living $4600/month base cost with additional cares that can be added at set pricing
  • Attended Care $6460/month, which includes up to 28 hours of care per week

Our Health services staff include:

CNAs for direct care, LPN supervisors, and an RN who is our director of nursing. Staff go through CBRF training for our licensing standards. Residents receive emergency pendants to request help 24/7 and are seen by staff at meal times, activities, and social functions. We do assess that the resident is safe behind closed doors, as they have privacy when in their apartments. Residents are sent out for emergency services when needed and our Director of Nursing is on call 24/7.

Community Access and Events

We offer support for community access and events, but I would need to know more about your questions of transitioning into the community? If a resident no longer needs our Assisted Living levels of care we could offer our Senior Independent apartments with optional services.

We offer transportation to scheduled events in the community. If the resident also has ProHealth care physicians, they can use their free shuttles to and from medical appointments. We also work with Muskego taxi, which provides transportation in our community for a nominal fee.

Meals

All 3 levels of care offer 3 meals a day in our dining rooms. Residents are offered 2 choices at each meal with an alternate option as well. Specialty meals are offered around events and holidays. Residents can have family/friends join them at meals, with an additional cost per meal to visitors. I have attached a sample menu.

Resident Complaints

For resident complaints they have a few different avenues. They can speak with our campus administrator, use our suggestion box, come to the resident meetings, or simply start talking with a familiar staff. At any point the campus administrator could meet with them to discuss. If the issue required additional consideration our Regency COO would be involved.

Communication with Resident Families

Communication is open with resident families. We do ask, when signing the rental contract, which family members the resident gives consent for us to speak with. Our LPN and RN are typically the health service staff who reach out directly with medical concerns/questions to families. Families can also reach out to other staff who would direct them to health services. We like to have open communication with family especially if we are seeing concerns on our end with a resident’s change in condition/health.

Respite Stays

We offer Respite stays, 3-28 consecutive days, which would cost between $180-$250/day based on the level of care needed. Rooms are furnished for respite stays.

Pet Policy

We are pet-friendly. Our Assisted Living programs allow for cats and birds, but only dogs in our Senior Independent apartments.

Vaccinations

Residents can obtain flu/covid vaccinations in the community, but we also offer clinics on site that residents can sign up to attend. We would process the vaccinations through their insurance.

Aging in Place

Residents are able to age in place, but we are limited to the care provided with our Assisted Living license. We are not a CBRF or skilled nursing facility. We do offer a CBFR – memory care program at our Regency location in Brookfield. Residents have transferred to this program if/when needed. We do allow hospice programs to come and work with residents. We do not currently have a waitlist for our Assisted Living programs.
