Regency At Lansing West is a 24-hour skilled nursing facility-we offer short term rehab and long term care.

Services we provide:

• Physical Therapy
• Occupational Therapy
• Speech Language Pathology
• Medications
• Meals/Nutritional Services
• Medical Supplies and Equipment used in the Community
• Social Services/Discharge Planning
• 24 hour nursing care

Our staff consists of:

• Attending Physician
• Nurse Practitioner
• Physicians Assistant
• RN, LPN
• CNA's

There are monthly training modules that need to be completed for each department.

If there are any issues that need to be addressed, we have a chain of command. First the unit manager is notified, there will be a concern form filled out which will then be brought to the Administrator or Director of Nursing.

Regency is a pet friendly facility, we will need a copy of shot records for the pets to visit.

Our dining room is set up like a sit down restaurant but the residents do have the option of eating in their room.

Residents are able to get Covid vaccines in the facility, I do not know the time period of when they can be obtained.

We also provide transportation to mandatory appointments and dialysis appointments.

Regency takes most insurances for short term rehab, Medicaid with the PPA will cover LTC if the resident qualifies to be here under the Medicaid doors. If the resident does not have Medicaid for LTC then the daily rate is $380 for a private room and $360 for a semi-private room. We do not have LTC availability at this time but do have a waiting list.

Regency is not an Assisted Living Facility, the residents have to require 24 hour nursing care.
