Our facility is staffed with professionals dedicated to providing the highest level of care. We have a licensed residential living facility with 24-hour staff on site, including a daily Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Additionally, we are on campus with a skilled nursing facility that offers 24/7 Registered Nurse (RN) coverage. Our staff undergoes rigorous training to ensure they meet our high standards of care.
Safety and Well-being Measures
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, our facility is staffed 24/7. We lock exterior doors at 9 PM and have cameras in hallways. Our facility is located in a quiet, small-town setting, further enhancing the safety and tranquility of our community.
Transition Support Services
We have a Social Worker on campus to aid residents in their transition into the community, ensuring they feel supported and connected from the moment they arrive.
Transportation Services
We offer transportation services for medical appointments and provide 2 outings per week, allowing our residents to stay active and engaged with the surrounding community.
Dining Experience
Our dining experience is casual, with daily menu choices and orders taken at the table. We pride ourselves on the ambiance of our dining area, which includes fresh flowers on tables.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
If a resident has a complaint or issue, they can fill out grievance forms or request to speak to the Social Services Worker (SSW) or Administrator. We also hold a Resident Council monthly to follow up on concerns.
