Assisted Living Pricing

Our Assisted Living starts with the Apartment being $3500 and then we have 6 levels of care starting at $500 - $2000.

Memory Care Pricing

Our Memory Care pricing is all inclusive at $5100, $5400, $5800. These prices include three meals daily, two snacks morning & afternoon. All utilities, activities, laundry service, housekeeping service.

Community Overview

Thank you for your interest in our community. We offer Assisted Living and Memory Care. Our staff is very experienced with caring for our seniors, some are medication passers, some are caregivers and some are CENA’S. They go through training on a monthly basis as an in service taught by our Wellness Director & her assistant.

Resident Safety and Accommodations

All of our cottages are alarmed to keep our residents safe at all times. We do not offer transportation to doctor’s appointments or single outings such as to the bank or grocery store. We do however take our residents on fun outings throughout the year.

Dining Experience

Our kitchen provides three meals daily as well as a morning snack & afternoon snack. Our dining rooms are very comfortable and cozy. They offer an alternative menu as well if they don’t care for the entrée being served.

Family Communication and Concerns

If our families have any concerns about the care of their loved ones, we explain to them that they can come directly to the care staff or any staff that they see fit. If the concern isn’t resolved, then we would have our Executive Director get involved to help.

Our wellness department Hollie & Becky are very communicative with all our families. They are always available to talk to families with any concerns or any changes in the health or change in medication of our residents.

Respite Stay and Pet Policy

We do offer a respite stay usually a minimum of 30 day stay. The cost would be one month plus a care level. We do allow pets as long as the resident is able to care for them.

Community Size and Availability

We offer Assisted Living and Memory Care, we are a small community with 80 apartments. We have four different cottages with each holding 20 residents (family like). We do have some availability in both Assisted and Memory. Our wellness director will do a complete assessment of your loved one to help us determine what care level they would be.
