Our base rate, which includes housekeeping, laundry, meals, cable, activities, everything but phone, is $4950.00.

Levels of Care

Levels of care are $300.00. Levels of care are determined by how much assistance is needed.

Assessment Process

Our nurse goes through a checklist for everything, like getting dressed, getting to meals, or taking medications.

Assistance Levels

The amount of assistance needed is determined based on a point system. Each item is assigned points and the total points determine the level of care.

Cost Breakdown

A level one is the base rate of $4950. A level 2 is $5250, and the cost increases by $300 for each subsequent level.

We have a diverse team that includes Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) among other professionals. All our staff members undergo comprehensive training at our facility to ensure they are well-prepared to meet the needs of our residents.

We have many long-term staff members who play a crucial role in monitoring the well-being of our residents. We rely on their experience and vigilance, in addition to feedback from our residents and their families, to maintain a safe and nurturing environment.

Our staff is dedicated to providing resources and support services to help residents successfully transition into the community.

Transportation Services

We do not currently offer transportation services for residents.

Dining Experience

We have two dining rooms. Breakfast is served from 7-10AM, lunch at 12PM, and supper at 5PM.

If a resident has a complaint or an issue, it is investigated by the administrator to ensure timely and effective resolution.

Policy on Communication with Resident's Families

We hold care conferences quarterly to update families on their loved ones' well-being. Additionally, we notify families of any changes and maintain an open-door policy should they wish to discuss any concerns.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Yes, we offer short-term or respite stays, starting at $250 a day.

Pet Policy

We are a pet-friendly community, allowing cats and small dogs.

Residents are able to get Covid and flu vaccinations within the community.
