We prioritize the safety of our residents with 24-hour security. Each resident receives a personal help button to wear, and apartments are equipped with call buttons for immediate assistance.

Handling Complaints

Complaints are addressed according to their nature. Maintenance issues are directed to the relevant department. Residents can also express concerns through the resident council, comment cards, or by speaking directly with the executive director.

Communication with Families

We keep families informed through various channels, including Blackboard for text messages, email, and traditional mail correspondence, ensuring they stay updated on important information regarding their loved ones.
