Our Independent Living is designed to be a ‘Worry Free Lifestyle’ where adults 55+ can live without the stress of maintaining a home and gives you peace of mind. The spacious Independent Living Villas are 1500 sq.ft. and feature 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 car garages, an open floor plan, and scenic water or wooded views. The all-inclusive price includes all utilities: electric, gas, water, cable, internet, housekeeping, change linens, trash removal, fun activities & outings, villa & appliance maintenance, a Guardian Security System, lawn/snow care, and a concierge service that includes transportation, grocery shopping, prescription pick-up & errands. There is also an option for meals in our dining room or delivered to your villa.

Assisted Living and Memory Care: Person-Centered Care

Assisted Living and Memory Care are focused on person-centered care. It is where people can receive a little more care and guidance in their lives. We feel it’s important to treat each resident as an individual, so we do extensive research with families and residents to make sure we are caring for them properly to allow them to live their best life. We also provide residents with beautiful apartment choices to meet their specific needs, robust staffing, engaging activities, housekeeping, medication administration, a delectable dining program, and so much more.

Safety is at the forefront of everything we do, which is why we offer a health alert system that will alert our team of any falls, potential of falling, fluctuations in heart rate, body temperature, restlessness, unusual sleep patterns, respiratory changes, etc.
