Overview of Our Staff and Training

We have a diverse team of professionals including our Director of Nursing (RN), CNAs, Resident Med Techs, and Resident Aides. Each member undergoes comprehensive training to ensure the highest level of care and support for our residents.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Our community is secured to protect residents and prevent wandering. We utilize Foresite technology, an infrared sensor system in apartments that detects falls or abnormal walking patterns, among other safety measures like medication management and call light systems.

Transition Support Services

New residents are welcomed by a manager who assists them daily during the initial weeks, helping with socialization, orientation, and more. We also offer pharmacy services and rounding physician care to support their health needs.

Transportation Services

We provide transportation for resident doctor appointments within a 15-mile radius via our community bus, requiring advance notice for scheduling.

Dining Experience

Our dining is restaurant-style, offering daily specials for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, alongside an always available menu.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

We encourage open communication and address complaints or issues promptly with the relevant manager or director, escalating to our Executive Director for resolution.

Communication with Residents' Families

We prioritize communication through 'Encircle Meetings', our LifeLoop system for notifications, and direct calls to keep families informed about their loved ones' well-being.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer 30-day respite stays at a 20% increase over our Assisted Living cost, following a nursing assessment to determine the level of care needed.

Pet-Friendly Community

Our community welcomes pets, subject to approval by our management team for safety. A Pet Deposit of $500 and an additional $20 monthly fee are required.

Covid and Flu Vaccinations

Residents should have access to Covid and flu vaccinations through our rounding physician services, pending confirmation on specifics from our Director of Nursing.

Aging in Place

Residents can age in place in our community, with the exception of those requiring 24/7 skilled nursing care for conditions like IV antibiotics, wound vacs, or tube feeds.
