Transportation

We do offer transportation for our residents, we have 2 sedans and a wheelchair accessible van. Transportation is for medical trips but not limited to that. We also have 2 buses with drivers who take our residents on regularly scheduled shopping trips twice a week as well as to many events and activities outside of the community.

Dining Venues

We have 4 dining venues:

• The Café is open every day from 7 am to 7 pm offering many casual menu options and grab-and-go meals as well as a few grocery items.
• The Neville Dining Room is casual dining open for a lunch buffet Monday – Saturday. Dinner is served Monday – Saturday and Brunch is served on Sundays.
• We also have a Lounge that is open in the evenings Monday – Saturday serving drinks and appetizers.
• We have a fine dining room that is open a few nights a week by reservation only.

Fees

We are an entrance fee community. The entrance fees start at $265,300 with monthly fees starting at $3,260. The fees are based on the square footage of the residence and the type of contract.

Independent Living Contract

As part of the Independent Living contract, we offer short term or respite stays at a higher level of care as the need arises.

Pet Policy

We have pet-friendly apartments. One of our apartment towers is completely pet-free. In another tower, dogs are allowed on the first floor and terrace level only.

Wait Lists

We have a wait list for some of our apartment styles as well as the patio homes. We also have a wait list at times for our Personal Care, Memory Support, and Skilled Nursing rooms.

Vaccinations

We offer COVID and Flu vaccinations to our residents at scheduled times.
