Our facility is staffed with Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). All staff undergo rigorous orientation and continuous education to ensure they are equipped with the latest healthcare practices. Additional training sessions are also provided to cater to the specific needs of our residents.

We prioritize the safety and well-being of our residents by completing appropriate observations regularly to monitor their health and respond to any needs promptly.

Transition Support Services

Yes! Our social worker assists residents with their transition into the community, providing necessary resources and support services to ensure a smooth adjustment.

Transportation Services

We offer transportation services for our residents through Medic Rescue transport van or ambulance, depending on the needs of the resident.

Dining Experience

Currently, we offer lunch in the Fireside Grill (Dining room). Meals are also provided on units at this time to accommodate all residents.

Resident Grievance Policy

We have a grievance policy in place to address any complaints or issues that residents may want resolved, ensuring their voices are heard and acted upon.

Cost of Living

The cost of living in our community is $424.00 for a private room and $412 for a semi-private room, payable through private pay.

Communication with Residents' Families

We maintain open communication with residents' families, updating them about their loved ones' well-being through calls for any changes in condition, medication changes, or other concerns. Our Nursing Supervisor is also available 24/7 via cell phone for any questions or concerns.

Yes, we offer short-term or respite stays, with costs varying depending on insurance coverage.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community, requiring proper paperwork on the animal prior to entry into the building.

Covid and Flu Vaccinations

Residents are able to receive Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations within the community to ensure their health and safety.

Aging in Place

Yes, residents are able to age in place in our community. However, we currently have a waiting list for long-term beds.
