Overview of Our Professional Staff and Training

Our team comprises a diverse range of professionals dedicated to providing the highest quality of care. This includes an Executive Director, Director of Nursing, Unit Nurse Managers, Floor Nurses (LPN, RN, QMA), CNAs, Hospitality Aides, a Dietary Director, Nurse Practitioner, Medical Director, Social Services, Activities, Housekeeping/Laundry, Business Office, Maintenance, and a Registered Dietitian. Each staff member undergoes rigorous training specific to their role, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet the needs of our residents.

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each individual's needs.

Transition Support Services

Our social worker is available to assist residents with their transition into the community, providing resources and support as needed.

Transportation Services

We offer transportation services for residents, including a facility van for medical appointments, enhancing their access to necessary care.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience is tailored to meet the dietary needs of our residents. Options include an independent dining room, assisted dining room, common area dining, or in-room dining, depending on the resident's preference.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

When a resident has a complaint or issue, we involve a team including social services, the director of nursing, the executive director, the unit manager, and any other necessary management to ensure the matter is addressed promptly and effectively.

Communication with Residents' Families

Our social services team sets up care plans to keep families and residents informed and updated about their loved ones' well-being.

Short-term and Respite Stays

We offer short-term and respite stays, with pricing dependent on room availability.

Pet-Friendly Community

We welcome pets for daily visits, provided they have up-to-date vaccinations. Overnight stays for pets are not permitted.

Waitlist Information

We currently do not have a waitlist, but room availability can change daily.

Vaccination Services

Residents can receive Covid and flu vaccinations within our community to ensure their health and safety.

Aging in Place

Our facility offers all levels of care, including assisted living, short-term rehab, long-term care, secured memory care, and respite, allowing residents to age in place comfortably.
