Promenade Transitional Living Add: $35 per day to the Daily Rate

Promenade Supportive Living Add: $60 per day to the Daily Rate

Promenade Enriched Living Add: $100 per day to the Daily Rate

Promenade Comprehensive Living Add: $115 per day to the Daily Rate

Medication Management services are included in the Personal Care Program fees

The total rate is comprised of two components: The Daily Rate for room & board and the rate for Your Tier of Personal Care. The tier for personal care services will be determined by a comprehensive assessment in consultation with Your Physician. Promenade at Tuxedo Place is designed to meet a full range of care levels through our assisted living tiered personal care levels combined with engaging socialization programs. Promenade uses a tiered billing arrangement under which additional personal care services are available should You require services beyond Your initial level of care.

Other Fees

Community Fee – $4,000 This is a one-time fee upon admission that covers initial processing, assessments and move-in costs. The community fee also serves as a deposit to reserve occupancy in the community and get the admission process moving. This is fully refundable within 30 days should you decide not to move in.

Second Related Resident Fee Discount – For two related residents sharing any suite, the first resident will be billed at the applicable Daily Rate, with the second resident billed at $50.00 per day (Excluding Personal Care fees).

Cable fees – $25.00 per month.

Do you offer transportation services for residents?

Yes, we offer a community bus for trips, and we can arrange car service to doctors, but residents are responsible for the cost. We also work with a medical practice that provides professionals who come to our Assisted Living (AL) and Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy (PT/OT) services on-site.

What is the cost of living in your community?

I will attach rates for Assisted Living (AL) and Memory Care (MC).

Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?

Yes, we offer short-term or respite stays with a minimum of 30 days. There is an additional cost of $45 per day added to the daily rate. The extra fees can be applied to the community fee if they decide to move in after the 30 days.

Are you all a pet-friendly community?

No, we are not a pet-friendly community.

Do you guys currently have a waitlist?

No, we do not currently have a waitlist.

Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?

Yes, residents are able to get both Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community.
