The total rate is comprised of two parts:

The Daily Rate for Room & Board + Your Tier of Personal Care.

The tier for personal care services will be determined by a comprehensive assessment in consultation with Your Physician. Promenade at Chestnut Ridge is designed to meet a full range of care levels through our assisted living tiered personal care levels combined with engaging socialization programs. Promenade uses a tiered billing arrangement under which additional personal care services are available should You require services beyond Your initial level of care.

EXTRAS:

Community Fee – $4000

This is a one-time fee upon admission that covers initial processing, assessments and move-in costs. The community fee also serves as a deposit to reserve occupancy in the community and get the admission process moving. This is fully refundable within 30 days should you decide not to move in.

Second Related Resident Fee – For two related residents sharing any suite, the first resident will be billed at the applicable Daily Rate, with the second resident billed at $50 per day (Excluding Personal Care fees).
