Apartments

The MSF range from $1,669 for a 620 square foot studio, up to $3,289 for a 1,572 square foot 2 bedroom with den.

Villas and Townhomes

The MSF range is $3,215 for a 1,600 square foot 2 bedroom/2 bath, 1-car garage Worcester floor plan, up to $4,711 for a 3 bedroom/3 bath, 2-car garage 2-story Cambridge II Townhome.

A 2nd person fee of $1,052 per month applies for any additional resident.

Amenities for Apartments

The monthly fee for the apartment-condos includes all utilities (except for sewer, wi-fi, upgraded cable, and land line telephone), weekly housekeeping, meal plan, access to the pool/hot tub/fitness center, library, community convenience store, salon and barber shop, pickle ball and tennis court, bocce ball, fitness classes, art instruction, an exciting weekly lecture series, musical performances, socials, and much more.

Amenities for Villas/Townhomes

The monthly fee for Villa/Townhome homeowners includes the same amenities and activities. The MSF is slightly higher due to the individual nature of the covered services. Villa/Townhome owners are responsible for the private payment of their utilities, which can average anywhere from $200-$500, depending on their thermostat setting, management of other utilities, etc.

Facilities Department

We have a full time Facilities department that can be hired for scheduled “handyman” services. For maintenance not covered by the Association, Facilities charges $42/hour for handyman services.

We have stringent measures in place to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents. Our security team and 24/7 front desk services are always available to address any safety concerns. Additionally, we have emergency protocols and regular safety drills to prepare for any potential emergencies.

To aid residents' transition into the community, we offer resources and support through our Welcome Committee and Administrative Staff. They assist with orientation and help new residents settle into their new home comfortably.

Our residents are indeed able to age in place within our community. The property is owned like any standard real estate transaction, allowing for long-term residence.

Meal Plans and Dining Options

We offer three meal plan levels: 8 meals a month, 15 meals a month, and 30 meals a month, per person. Meals are served in the casual Tiger Café, with dinner and Sunday Brunch served in our formal dining rooms, The Nassau and Princeton Rooms. Take-out and delivery services are available for an additional fee. Our Culinary Team, led by Chef Mark, takes pride in delivering exceptional cuisine. Transportation Services

Private pre-scheduled and group transportation services are included in the monthly fees. We have two drivers available during weekdays for doctor’s appointments within a 10-mile radius and trips to the Princeton Junction train station. Regularly scheduled group trips are also available to local supermarkets, cultural events, and more.
