Below you will find photos of some common areas in our building and some room options. Prices vary depending on room choice and care level. We attempt to do an assessment prior to move in to get a care level rate. Prices start at $3,750 for Assisted Living and $4,200 for Memory Care and may go up depending on room and/or care level. Attached is a facility brochure but I also encourage you to check out our Facebook page and facility website at www.prestigecentremi.com. In this brochure you will find information about the services we offer and some of the facility staff we have in the building. All staff are trained in CPR and First Aid and are overseen by our Wellness Department. We are a licensed 40 bed AFC home and abide by all state requirements.

What we can offer…

• Wonderful Life Enrichment department that attempts to meet the residents’ interests. We also modify activities as needed for cognition and physical limitations. Attached you will find our facility calendar.
• A facility bus that takes our residents on fun adventures all around town and beyond. We do not transport to personal appointments, however we can arrange for Isabella County Transit to assist if resident is able to leave without a chaperone.
• With room & board comes 3 well balanced meals a day, served family style in the community dining rooms. Community dining is highly encouraged. We also provide snacks between meals, fun Cooks Club groups, and an open kitchen concept where residents can communicate regularly with dietary staff. We do have set meals, however residents can have our alternative meals if desired.
• We provide housekeeping and laundry services as well as beautician services on Fridays.
• We have open communication with our team and families. We attempt to be the middle-man between family/resident and outside health care providers. We notify family of any incident, concern, change of condition, etc. We can also have a Care Conference to talk about any issues/concerns/changes.
• We do offer Respite stays, though we do ask for at least 7 days minimum. Prices vary depending on resident need.
• We are Pet Friendly. Residents are able to have their own dog/cat as long as they can care for the animal properly without assistance from staff. We have a facility Great Dane named Max that comes in with our Wellness Coordinator. We also have a wonderful patio that all residents have access to that we grow vegetables, flowers and have family events. Residents assist us with the gardening and watering if they like.
• We work with Careline Physician Services to provide an in-house physician if resident/family chooses. Residents can stick with their own physician but family and resident will be responsible for getting to the appointments. If resident is on Careline services, they do offer vaccines in-house.
• We offer many specialty programs at Prestige including RENEW (restorative and therapy program), Impressions (memory care program), Legacy Connections (Hospice/End of Life Doula program). Within these programs, we work with outside professionals for our Part A & B therapy and home care. We work with many hospice companies as well so that our residents may age in place.
