Our Clinical Team

On staff, we have a robust clinical team with a Registered Nurse, a Licensed Nurse Practitioner, and a care staff of 30 CNAs that rotate around the clock 24/7.

Assisted Living and Memory Care

For our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents, we have a very safe and secure community. We have 4-5 activities daily, as well as opportunities for residents to schedule and run their own activities independently.

Transportation Services

We do have a 12-seat bus that we use to transport residents and also arrange taxi services for our residents as well.

Dining Services

Our dining services are something that we never get complaints about. Our Dining Services Manager is top-notch, offering a healthy balanced diet consisting of typical homegrown American-style meals while also offering other entrees from various cultures worldwide.

Community and Complaint Handling

We have a close-knit community; complaints are typically brought straight to me or our Senior Executive Director and addressed immediately.

Assisted Living Pricing

Assisted living has a starting price of $4185 for a studio apartment to $5070 for a one Bedroom Deluxe apartment. On top of this, there are 6 "Levels of Care" determined by our nursing staff through an assessment to determine how much care our staff will provide, which includes assistance with toileting, medicine, dressing, community transportation, etc. Level of Care charges range from $1100 to $2400. The average resident is between a 3 and 5.

Memory Care Pricing

Our Memory Care is similar, with a Base Rate starting at $5890 for a shared room and $6320 for a private room. There are only three levels of care for Memory care, with prices ranging from $1250 to $1650. Most residents are a level two or three.

Additional Fees

There is also a nonrefundable $2250 move-in fee which covers room renovations before and after moving out and ensures that you don't have to pay for any expenses that may be accrued during the residents' stay. We do offer Respite Stay at $275/day for Assisted Living and $325/day for Memory Care.

Pet Policy

We are a pet-friendly community! There is an additional $1000 deposit prior to moving in with pets. If a resident needs help with their pet, this will increase their level of care.

Availability and Health Services

There is currently no waitlist. We do offer COVID and FLU Shots every year, and residents will be billed through insurance.

We believe that Autumn Wind is the home of our Residents, and we work for them. Aging in Place is very important to us. We want to make our community an environment that is as homelike as possible to ensure they have those comforts in their last phase of life.
