Staff Qualifications

We have Certified Nursing Assistants, Licensed Practicing Nurses, Registered Nurses, and 2 Medical Directors. They all have the appropriate degrees and/or certifications for their positions.

Security Measures

Facility doors are locked. All visitors must be checked in and checked out. No weapons are permitted on the premises.

Social Services

Social Services will assist to transition residents back into the community.

Transportation Services

Transportation is offered if in reference to the patients’ diagnosis.

Dining Options

Residents have a choice of eating in the dining room or their room. They have a choice of a regular or alternate meal.

Resident Advocacy

If a resident has an issue or complaint in reference to their health, safety, welfare, or rights, they may contact their Social Worker or facility Administrator. State ombudsman posters are posted if the resident desires to call about problems related to residents’ health, safety, welfare, and rights.

Room Rates

$235.00 per day for a semiprivate room and $250.00 per day for a private room.

Nursing Supervision

Each nursing station has a supervisor that may be contacted. If you have a question or desire updates about your loved one, you may contact the nursing supervisor.

Accommodation Types

Yes, the facility offers Short term, Long term and Respite stays currently at a rate of $235.00 per day for a semiprivate room and $250.00 per day for a private room.

Pet Policy

The facility is pet friendly. An up to date shot record is required prior to pet visiting.
