We are in some models, It depends on the apartment you are seeking and personal buyer preferences in terms of view and location.

Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?

We have an Administrative, Life Enrichment, Culinary, Maintenance, and Housekeeping department that all have specific training programs unique to their role. We have hired people with great backgrounds and have a staff with great longevity. Some of our staff are even veterans!

Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?

We follow standards set by our home office, and local and federal ordinances. These are trained to our frontline staff. We also have safety exercises that are regularly provided to the residents themselves.

Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?

We have a resident council that has dedicated resident ambassadors to welcome neighbors along with a move-in procedure that every department (culinary, housekeeping, maintenance, life enrichment) participates in.

Do you offer transportation services for residents?

We have a shuttle for our community! We include transportation by reservation to personal appointments.

Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?

All three meals are provided in a beautifully renovated restaurant-style dining room. Wait staff service every table with full menus that change daily. Even hot breakfast is included! We won the award for best meals and dining by A Place for Mom. Chef Rob is truly incredible with food. We have monthly culinary showcase events for our resident along with cooking demos as well.

What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?

We have an incredible leadership team of managers that are specific to each department, along with an executive director that has their own set of regional supports. We are always accessible to our residents and families. Complaint process would vary based on severity but our executive director is here to maintain a high resident satisfaction.

What is the cost of living in your community?

3050-3800 depending on the floorplan and its location in the building.

What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?

We have a resident and family portal, a newsletter, social media, and regular meetings.

Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?

Yes, 1 month stay minimum at this time. Cost varies based off the apartment requested and inclusions.

Are you all a pet-friendly community?

Yes, there is a weight restriction.

Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?

Yes

Are residents able to age in place?

Yes there are different resources available to residents with different third party companies and physician groups that visit our community.
