All staff members are qualified and undergo specific training for their roles to ensure the highest quality of service.

Safety and Well-being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, our main entrance is manned by a concierge, with all other doors requiring a key or passcode for access. Residents are encouraged to wear emergency response pendants for immediate assistance from the on-site 3rd party home healthcare company.

Support Services for New Residents

As a smaller community, we offer a warm welcome to all new residents. Department heads personally introduce themselves and explain their services. Additionally, our care club, comprised of resident members, ensures new residents feel welcomed and comfortable during their transition.

Transportation Services

Pine Ridge of Hayes provides transportation to doctor appointments, banks, and grocery shopping, facilitating convenience for our residents.

Dining Experience

Our dining service offers three daily meals made from scratch, featuring a variety of choices and ethnic cuisines, served in a restaurant-style setting.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Our management team is always available to address any complaints or issues, ensuring our residents' convenience and satisfaction are prioritized.

Cost of Living

The starting rate is $2,595, covering rent, three daily meals, utilities, weekly housekeeping and laundry services, and transportation services.

Communication with Residents' Families

We proactively communicate with residents' families about any changes in their loved ones' well-being, ensuring they are kept informed.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Respite stays are available at $125 per day with a 14-day minimum, including meals, utilities, cable, housekeeping, and laundry services. Care services are available under contract with our 3rd party care team.

Pet-Friendly Community

We welcome pets with a yearly fee of $250, ensuring our community feels like home for all residents.

Vaccination Clinics

While we host a flu clinic every fall, we do not provide COVID vaccinations within the community.

Aging in Place

Our community is designed to allow residents to age in place, with a mission to enable residents to remain at home for the rest of their lives. We currently have apartments available for rent, along with monthly promotions.
