Overview of Professional Staff and Training

We have RN’s, LPN’s, QMAPs, and Care Managers on our staff. The nursing staff oversee the QMAP’s, who are employees responsible for passing medications.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We have care plans for each resident in our community which outlines the care they need each day to ensure their safety and well-being.

Transition Support Services

When a resident moves into our community, we spend a great deal of time orienting them to their new apartment, the common spaces, and schedules. Each manager meets with them to answer any questions they may have to begin.

Transportation Services

We offer transportation twice a week either on our bus or SUV. We also go on several outings a week to shop or for fun.

Dining Experience

Our dining room operates like a restaurant. It opens at 7:30 and closes at 6:30. Residents can eat whenever they like, and we also offer all-day breakfast!

Resident Complaints and Issues

Residents can bring any concerns they may have to any member of management. We also have complaint/concern forms at the front desk for them to fill out. That form is given to our Executive Director for his follow-up.

Communication with Residents' Families

We have an Assisted Living Coordinator and a Memory Care Coordinator who regularly reach out to families with updates. Our nurse also meets with families to update them on any care changes for their loved one. We have a quarterly family council meeting here at the community. Additionally, we utilize a program called Life Loop which has daily updates about what is going on in our community.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term or respite stays at a cost of $250 per day.

Pet-Friendly Community

We are a pet-friendly community! We have many cats and dogs who live here.
