We do currently have a short waiting list.
Could you share pricing and any other general information?
We do. I have attached pricing to this email.
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
We have LPN’s, CAN’s and HHA’s, all certified to work in our setting, most to pass medications, and internal training/education.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?
This answer would be too long to type. Let’s talk about this over the phone or in person.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?
We have internal protocol for all staff for new residents.
Do you offer transportation services for residents?
For assisted living residents, we offer transportation on Wednesdays and Fridays. It is a drop off and pick up service, so a member of our staff would not accompany your loved one into their appointment.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?
We have windows of time for each meal, and the meals are fine dining style. 7-9:30 for breakfast, 11:30-1:00 for lunch, and 4:30-6:00 for dinner.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?
They can always speak with the Executive Director of our building. And if that does not resolve the issue, there is an Ombudsman assigned to our campus to intervene on their behalf should anyone have an issue.
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?
We will reach out to family if we need to report an incident. We also have a Case Manager who will communicate any wants or needs to you. In addition, we also have 30 day meetings post-move-in, and then 6 month and 1 year meetings.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?
We do based upon overall availability. There is a minimum of 30 days for respite, so the cost is the same as our regular costs per month that are attached.
Are you all a pet-friendly community?
On a case-by-case basis.
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?
Yes.
Are residents able to age in place?
We offer enhanced services for assisted living here, and then memory care. Once someone’s needs surpasses those levels, they would need to seek out a higher level of care, most often at a skilled nursing facility. We do currently have a short waiting list.
