Overview of Staff and Training

We hire a variety of employees, such as Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs), Social Workers (SW), etc. All staff members are required to complete continuing education as per their license requirement, as well as monthly training modules mandated by the company.

Measures for Resident Safety and Well-being

Personalized care plans are in place for every resident to ensure their safety and well-being. However, we do not have a secure memory unit available.

Support Services for Community Transition

For transitions into our living community, all department managers meet new patients, and management team members are assigned to visit weekly. We also offer psychological support if needed.

Transportation Services

We do not provide direct transportation services. Most doctor's appointments are handled internally. If external appointments are necessary, we can work with a contracted company to schedule transportation. If insurance doesn’t cover the cost, it will be the responsibility of the patient.

Dining Experience

Patients have the option to dine in the dining room or their rooms based on their preference.

Complaint Resolution Process

Residents can discuss issues or complaints with the social worker, director of nursing, or administrator. Our staff is friendly and committed to making their stay the best possible.

Cost of Living

- Semi-private (roommate): $320 per day - Private Room without shower: $364 per day - Private room with shower: $438 per day

Communication with Families

Families are notified of changes in care plans and conditions. If the patient is alert and oriented, they need to consent to communication with their family upon admission.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Yes, we offer short-term or respite stays. The pricing is the same as the long-term rates listed above.

Pet-Friendly Policy

Yes, pets are allowed, but they must have a current shot record on file. We also have a service pet that accompanies a staff member to work.

Waitlist Status

Yes, we currently have a waitlist for long-term care.

Vaccination Availability

Residents can receive COVID-19 and flu vaccinations within the community.

Aging in Place Policy

As long as residents meet the state level of care requirements and do not become a safety risk, they can continue to stay with us until the end of life.
