Dining Program

Our dining program is complete with a chef and meals are made from scratch – home-cooked meals! Our dining atmosphere is comfortable and a nice place for folks to hang out with friends.

Amenities

There is a choice of amenities that can allow one to be more active or one may enjoy a slower pace and quieter schedule. Amenities include beauty and barber services, and recreation that ranges from exercise classes, gardening, arts & crafts, trivia, entertainment, and cards & games to going on shopping trips, out to restaurants, and field trips to area parks and museums.

Safety

Safety is a priority, and our staff is available to be alerted in an emergency 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have a daily check-in system, a pendant system, and key-entry secured units.

Conveniences

Conveniences allow more freedom and fewer worries – we are pet-friendly, and have wi-fi access, transportation services, concierge service, and an in-house therapy program.

Social Lives

Social lives are important for mental health, we have many areas to gather with friends including landscaped patios, courtyards, a front porch with rocking chairs, and well-lit living room areas. Friends and family are always welcome to visit and even enjoy a meal together. We host many family nights and community events to enjoy the Parsons House Preston Hollow neighborhood together.

Our memory care community provides peace of mind - knowing that a loved one is cared for around the clock by trained professionals who will treat them as individuals and care for them with respect, where your loved one will receive the assistance needed to live the independent life they deserve and to have the time back to spend your moments together as a ‘family member’ is simply a priceless gift for the whole family.

Customized Care

While we offer a broad range of assisted living and memory care services to support your loved one, our customized care plans accommodate individual routines, interests, hobbies, capabilities, and needs. Our highly trained staff helps residents transition to the community by meeting the needs of the whole family unit outside of the community as well.

Living Options

Independent Living (IL): With simple needs of socialization and balanced meals, will be at the base room rate and includes three home-cooked meals per day, weekly laundry, housekeeping services, and activities. All utilities, cable, and wi-fi.

Assisted Living (AL): Allows residents to live as independently as possible. Assisted Living costs are based on room rates and care level assistance requirements. Care levels vary from residents who need minimal assistance to higher-level assistance with some signs of memory loss and may need more complex medical monitoring for assistance with safety concerns like increased fall risks.

Memory Care: Parsons House also features a Memory Care unit, which functions as a higher level of care designed for seniors living with Alzheimer’s disease or advanced dementia. The Gardens, our memory care building, helps seniors with memory loss succeed and feel at home.
