Dining Experience

Given our cottage layout, residents dine within their cottages, avoiding large, cold dining areas that require long walks three times a day.

Complaint Resolution Process

We adhere to the state of Florida's mandated grievance process to the letter of the law. However, we encourage families to first communicate with our leadership team to resolve issues at the community level.

Communication with Families

We maintain consistent communication with families directly, as well as through email and social media to keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Respites are available, contingent on availability, with a minimum stay of 14 days, costing $250 per day.

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community.

Vaccination Availability

Residents have access to Covid and flu vaccinations in the community.

Aging in Place

Yes, residents are able to age in place at our facility.
