Overview of Staff and Training

Our facility is staffed with a diverse range of professionals including CNA, LVN, RN, Social Worker, HR, Business Office, Maintenance, Janitorial, Laundry, Kitchen Staff, and Managers in all areas. Upon hire, each staff member undergoes an orientation and receives job-specific training from a designated trainer. We also provide continued education and in-services throughout their employment. Additionally, we collaborate with 3rd party staff, including a Therapy team and a Beautician.

Safety and Well-being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we adhere to state guidelines in all aspects of care. This includes the use of gait belts, Hoyer lifts, following doctor's orders, and adhering to the assist level of care set by our Therapy team.

Transition Support Services

We have a Social Worker on staff to aid residents in their transition into our community, providing necessary support and resources.

Transportation Services

For doctor appointments, we can arrange transportation to and from the facility if needed by the family.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience includes assigned seating in either a large dining room for independent residents or a small dining room for those requiring hands-on assistance. Meals are served restaurant-style, with staff available to assist with opening packages or cutting food upon request.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Residents can fill out a form to report complaints or issues, which is then reviewed by our Administrator and forwarded to the appropriate department head for investigation.

Cost of Living

The cost of living in our community is $318.00 per day for a private room and $215.00 per day for a shared room, excluding additional costs for medications and therapy services if required. We offer both long-term care and a rehab to home section but do not provide individual apartments or duplex setups.

Communication with Residents' Families

We keep families updated about their loved ones' well-being through letters, phone calls, and care plan meetings at set intervals. Our website also features facility events and a monthly activity calendar.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term or respite stays at the same cost as private pay, with a minimum requirement of 5 days. This is typically for rehab to home situations, and insurance coverage is verified.

Pet Policy

Pets can visit once their vaccinations are verified, but overnight stays are not permitted.

Vaccinations

Residents are able to receive Covid and flu vaccinations within the community.

Aging in Place

Our facility supports residents' ability to age in place.

We do not have a waitlist for our facility.
