Welcome to Our 240-Bed Facility

We are a 240-bed facility offering both short-term and long-term care. Our dedicated doctors are on-site 2-3 times a week and maintain close communication with our staff at all times.

Accommodation Costs

The cost for accommodation is consistent for both short-term and long-term care, with Semi-Private Rooms available at a rate of $405.00 per day and Private Rooms at $425.00 per day.

Medication and Rehab Services

Medications can be billed under a Part D plan if your relative has one. Otherwise, a separate bill will be issued by the pharmacy. For those requiring rehab during their stay, services can be billed under their Part B plan or will incur an additional fee, which varies based on the services provided.

Support and Staff

Upon admission, each resident is assigned a social worker to assist with the transition and an aide to help with daily activities such as toileting, bathing, and feeding. Our Concierge acts as a liaison between residents/families and staff, addressing any concerns and directing you to the appropriate resources.

Pet Policy and Vaccinations

We are a pet-friendly facility, requiring up-to-date vaccine records for all resident pets. We also offer Covid and Flu vaccines upon request.

Dining and Socializing

Residents typically enjoy meals in the dining room, providing an opportunity for social interaction.

Location and Transportation

Our facility is conveniently located across the street from a train station, making it easily accessible for visiting families.

Care Plan Meetings

Approximately 5 days after admission, a care plan meeting is scheduled to discuss goals and a potential discharge date, if applicable. The Care Plan team includes a social worker, RN Supervisor, dietician, and rehab staff.

Admissions and Availability

While we do not have a waitlist, our bed availability varies due to daily admissions and discharges.
