Our studio apartment at 400 square feet starts at $3,705.

Our largest one bedroom with two bathrooms in assisted living is $4,925.

These are the base rates of the apartments, which include:

• Three meals a day
• Weekly housekeeping
• One load of laundry per week
• Scheduled transportation
• All of the amenities

Medication management and level of care would be in addition to the base rent.

Overview of Paula's Freddy's Senior Living Community

Paula's Freddy's Senior Living offers a comprehensive assisted living program that includes medication management, assistance with showers, dressing, bathing, toileting, and escorts to and from the restaurant and to activities.

Accommodation Options

The community provides several floor plans to accommodate the preferences and needs of its residents. The availability of these floor plans can influence the waitlist status.

Amenities and Services

Residents at Paula's Freddy's Senior Living enjoy a range of amenities and services included in the base rate, such as three meals a day, weekly housekeeping, one load of laundry per week, and scheduled transportation. Medication management and levels of care are available in addition to the base rent.

Respite Care and Aging in Place

While the community does not offer respite care, residents can age in place within the scope of care provided by the facility. The community also allows for hospice care and home help from outside companies.

Transportation Services

Transportation for shopping, outings, and medical appointments within a 10-mile radius is included in the base rent. Any personal expenses during outings are the responsibility of the residents.

Health Services

COVID-19 and flu vaccinations may be available through scheduled clinics within the community. Residents typically obtain additional vaccines or boosters through their primary care physician or walk-in clinics.

Move-In Assistance

While staff members do not assist with moving furniture, the community can provide information on local moving companies that have a good partnership with the facility.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome at Paula's Freddy's Senior Living with a one-time pet deposit. There are requirements for pets to be up-to-date on vaccinations and licenses, and residents must be able to care for their pets independently. The community prefers smaller pets but may make exceptions.

Dining Experience

Assisted living residents receive three meals a day with scheduled meal times, a full menu, daily specials, and a full wait staff service including beverages, soup, salad, entree, and dessert.

Staff and Safety Features

The community employs specialized staff for housekeeping, maintenance, entertainment, food and beverage, and caregiving. Independent living residents receive a pendant and have emergency call systems in their apartments. Assisted living residents also have a pendant and a care plan, with staff available to provide necessary support.

Addressing Resident Concerns

Residents with complaints can take advantage of the open door policy with the executive director to address and resolve issues.

Family Communication

Communication with family members or powers of attorney is dependent on the resident's level of independence and the designated contact person for assisted living and memory care residents.
