Overview of Professional Staff and Training

For our Assisted Living, we have 24-hour nurses and aides to assist with daily care. We also have a podiatrist and psychologist on staff. If the resident does not wish to keep their primary care doctor, we have an Internal Medicine doctor to oversee care.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Prior to a resident moving in, we develop a care plan catered to the individual needs. Every resident also has a pendant to wear to alert staff when assistance is needed outside of their scheduled care.

Support Services for Transitioning Residents

During the first few days of a move in, we provide extra oversight to acclimate them to their apartment and help navigate the building to be sure they know where to go for meals and activities and to get them comfortable with their surroundings.

Transportation Services

We have scheduled transportation on Tuesdays for grocery shopping/retail. The venues are preplanned and posted for the whole month. On Thursdays, there is transportation for medical appointments. We also have information for the Pace bus for seniors and the Worth Township bus, which they can schedule on their own.

Dining Experience

Our meals are restaurant style, where they go to the restaurant, order off of a menu and get served by a server. We have a quarterly menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but also a chef special that changes daily for each meal. I will attach our current menus for your reference.

Resident Complaints and Issues

We encourage our residents to speak to any of our management staff to address a concern. We also have a form at our concierge desk if they wish to address it in writing.

Cost of Living

We offer Independent, Assisted, and Memory care. I’ve included the pricing for your reference.

Communication with Residents' Families

Our management staff is always available for questions or updates. We contact family when there is a change in condition or concern.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We do not offer respite stays. However, we are a month-to-month rental community and only ask for a 30-day notice if anyone was to move out.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, we are pet friendly.

We do have a waitlist currently for certain styles of apartments.
