Waitlist

Depending on what type of apartment you are seeking, some are waitlisted, and some are available. That said, we are a very high occupancy community, so it’s good you are investigating before the need is urgent.

Pricing

I have attached our brochure for your review.

Staffing

We have a very high staff to resident ratio in our community and always have nursing staff on site.

Safety Measures

We keep in very close contact with our residents, even if they are independent, if they don’t come to the dining room for a meal, we call and have staff check on them. Each resident is given a personal help button and when they push it, it rings the concierge and staff attends to their needs quickly.

Community Transition

We have a schedule for each of our team of directors to spend time with new residents and make them feel welcome. We can also pair them with someone in the community who can introduce them and show them around. We are a very friendly community.

Transportation

We do have transportation. We can take residents to MD appts, church, shopping etc. Our van goes South a couple days per week and North a couple days per week. We also have scheduled outings to parks, museums etc.

Dining

We have menu dining with daily specials and standard items that are always available. Three meals per day and snacks are included in the rent. Our chefs take great pride in their craft.

Complaints

Our Executive Director is always available if a resident or family is having challenges. Our number one goal, always, is to keep residents safe and happy. If additional resources are needed, Ombudsman information is posted in the community.

Communication

WE utilize an app called LifeLoop that families can sign up for to communicate with staff and see what their loved ones are up to. We also have dedicated phone lines in our memory care wings for family to use to call their loved ones.

Respite

Yes, we offer 30-day respite stays.

Pets

Yes, we are a pet friendly community. Pets need to be approved (mainly based on size) by our Executive Director.

Vaccines

Yes, we are able to provide vaccines on-site.

Aging In Place

Absolutely! It’s one of the cornerstones of what we believe in. Depending on what type of apartment you are seeking, some are waitlisted, and some are available. That said, we are a very high occupancy community, so it’s good you are investigating before the need is urgent.
