Overview of Staff and Training

Our staff includes a range of professionals such as Personal Care Assistants (PCA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Registered Nurses (RN), activities assistants, dining chefs, and housekeepers. I am involved in sales and marketing and am also a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP). All new hires undergo orientation upon hiring, and we provide in-service training both monthly and annually.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We ensure the safety and well-being of our residents through two secured memory care cottages, 24-hour awake staff, and maintaining high staff to resident ratios.

Transitioning Support Services

Transitioning into residency varies per individual; some may require more clinical assistance, while others benefit from activities. We recommend partnering with Pinnacle Homecare to help acclimate new residents.

Transportation Services

Yes, we offer transportation services for residents within a 10-mile radius.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience features multiple chefs cooking in two cottages at a time for the entire property, allowing residents to enjoy meals made in front of them several times a week. Dining is a collaborative family experience with many offerings made from scratch.

Resident Grievance Process

Residents can submit a grievance to any director at any time. Bria, the Resident Care Director, is a good starting point for addressing complaints or issues.

Cost of Living

The standard assisted living studio is $5,375. I prefer to meet in person to discuss the details and potential discounts.

Family Communication Policy

Communication with residents' families is tailored to their preferences, which can include text, email, or calls.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term or respite stays with a 30-day minimum, at an additional cost of $15 per day on top of regular costs.

Pet-Friendly Community

We may allow a cat depending on the circumstances, but generally, residents do not bring pets to live with them. Families can bring pets for day visits.

Waitlist Information

We do not currently have a waitlist, although spaces are being reserved quickly.

Vaccination Clinics

We host clinics for Covid and flu vaccinations periodically throughout the year, conducted by our pharmacy.

Aging in Place

Residents are able to age in place thanks to our Extended Congregate Care (ECC) license.
